Article 1: everything human is allowed
Article 2: everything inhuman is forbidden
Article 3: a Just Justice
Why not a Code of Benevolent Interactive Human Relations: resume/group the spirit/the principles of the Law scattered everywhere. Allows humans to defend themselves against inhumanity and breaks the game of decivilization of domination:
“it’s THE Law = it’s MY Law”
attack or defend, otherwise, nothing is due
especially no interpretation by the Judge of the merits [as if there were a disadvantage to Just Justice (for the dominants, surely)]
inhumanity is free, no matter others who do not exist.
Law equally written, equal for all/just, free from the nuisance of others. It already exists, except that it is stifled in the lives of 8 billion humans by “the Law is Me-me-me” of the inhumans.

Positive reasoning of the Spirit of the Laws:
one defines the framework of common life: solely human (we are among humans)
one is not obliged to attack/to defend to have a Just Justice, with all the obstacles that imply it will not be applied + presumption of innocence + judicial fuss to scare the Just as if he were guilty of asking for Justice

Code of Benevolent Interactive Human Relations.
No one (no dominant) should exceed their Rights/should impose their Rights as if the other did not have the same/as if the other only had to defend their Rights themselves although they are prevented from doing so. As if 8 billion slaves could defend their humanity, when they have no Rights.
Respect for the Rights of the other = respect for my Rights, since the other is human like me and I am human, in benevolent interactive human relation with the 8 billion others
Everyone has the same Rights as others, they are just Rights because they are human.
“My personal interests” do not exist because they are inhuman and inhuman is forbidden as it is deadly to the human.
“My personal interests” do not exist because only benevolent common human interests are legal.
