On earth, we are among ourselves as humans
according to the Universal Law of 3 Articles, in direct democracy:
Article 1: whatever is human is permitted.
Article 2: whatever is inhuman is forbidden.
Article 3: a fair Justice.
If someone finds a more human way, we change EVERYTHING if necessary.
EVERYTHING can be modified by EVERYONE at any time.
Everyone works in the same human direction WITHOUT inhumanity to enable EVERYONE, WITHOUT exception, from conception to death, to meet their vital needs:
to eat
to have shelter
health
humanities.
Everything else is optional and ONLY after fulfilling these needs for EVERYONE.
We can give our all if it is useful to EVERYONE.
We change civilization:
from decivilization of domination = the inhumanity of a few in power AGAINST EVERYONE else
to
the civilization of interactive benevolent human relations.
Given the climate urgency and global inhumanity through unequal economy and money that have the Right of life (I’m looking for only one example) and of death (permanent),
this choice of civilization replaces the presidential election, which is a masquerade of democracy: we choose our executioner /Master of the Inhuman World to whom we give carte blanche.
The presidential election is nothing but the repetition of the same for millennia:
inhumanity in power OVER and AGAINST the 8 billion humans.
A bit of history:
At the beginning of the Neolithic, someone said “give me your power, I’ll take care of EVERYTHING”.
It is a scam because he was disingenuous and still is.
Because since then, despite written laws, fair, measured, balanced, proportionate…
it is the LAW-of-the-Strongest-Inhuman that applies with carte blanche
= “I’m ALL ALONE, I’m free, I’ll do what I want and I don’t care”
for 5 years in “representative” democracy of inhumanity.
This choice “to be or not to be human” in France is universally human.
It therefore applies to ALL of humanity of the 8 billion.
It can only be contravened for even more human.
ANY Governor = Profiteer /out-LAW might say that before changing the rules, they do not apply.
Not so! The rules have existed for at least 233 years, in the Declaration of the Rights of Man and of the Citizen of 1789: we are equal and free to do what we want UNLESS it harms others.
And for 2,000 years: “let us love one another”.

As this benevolent human civilization is universal, it applies to the illegal war in Ukraine, which stops immediately.
So Putin (alone) repairs, resurrects and untraumatizes. So that when he departs, he leaves Ukraine at least as clean as when he invaded it, including Donbass and Crimea.

yes, if we want to miss the climate targets and wipe out the human species from earth in a few generations
