declare “8 billion human beings” = abstention + blank + null + “8 billion human beings”, candidate in the 2nd round in addition to the top 2.
Indeed, failing to do so PROVES once again that the Constitutional Council
is an Inhuman Judge and Inhuman Party,
eliminates “8 billion human beings” because “8 billion human beings” is the ONLY candidacy aimed at abolishing decivilization of domination like ANY role of Leader/Dominator that has been killing humanity for millennia
is THE Champion
