Very pleasant contact.
But our project is recently wrapped up thanks to our daughter, an architect, and we decided to start construction not long ago.
The problem is the price, even more expensive as soon as you cross the bridge.

Message to our main construction Company
Hello,
We took time to get back to you because, despite your efforts, for which I thank you, to reduce the bill while maintaining essential services with our daughter Éva, we are STILL tight.
And spending so much money for a vacation house while one of our sons needs money to buy big enough, it’s a bit unreasonable.
But we also want to regain a family vacation home that we had before selling half of the land, received jointly from our parents, so that my sister could buy her retirement apartment.
The location is the land of my maternal great-grandfather, a farmer, they might have said gardener at the time, and mom had bought this rustic but large house so that her children and grandchildren could enjoy the air and the land of her ancestors to which she was more attached than her cousins in the area. She must have passed that on to me, as well as to Éva.
Thus, to maximize our relationships, I decided, to Éva’s great displeasure who REFUSES that I mix my society change project with our construction project, NOT to pay the damage insurance or VAT (if you want, you can skip the ten-year warranty). Her reaction is normal, as it is the world in which she has ALWAYS lived and she is in the early years of her professional LIFE. She is obliged to deal with what, apparently, is.
